Hey there! Thanks for visiting OFFLINE LENS.
I know the internet is full of funny memes, cute cat videos, and stuff you could be doing right now, so I really appreciate you being here.
Why I started OFFLINE LENS
Have you ever picked up your phone for “just a second” and then, an hour later, you’ve somehow watched more than fifty dog grooming videos and bought a fancy thing you didn’t need?
Yeah, same here.
That’s why I created OFFLINE LENS.
I feel like, everywhere we go, there’s a screen demanding our attention. Whether it’s endless notifications or social media showing us how amazing everyone else’s life looks, it can get pretty overwhelming.
I got tired of it.
I was spending way too much time glued to my phone. I kept scrolling and switching apps, but nothing made me feel happy or satisfied. My days were starting to feel like a blurry mess of digital noise, and I wasn’t paying attention to what was happening around me.
Does this sound like you? If it does, don’t worry—you’re not alone.
So, what’s this all about?
I didn’t throw my phone in the trash or delete all my apps. Instead, I started being more mindful about how I use technology.
I stopped reaching for my phone every time I had a free moment and started looking around instead.
And guess what?
There’s a lot to see when you’re not staring at a screen!
But you don’t need to be in a beautiful forest or a quiet beach to notice the world. Even in the middle of a busy city or your own neighborhood, there’s so much to discover when you actually pay attention.
What you’ll find here
OFFLINE LENS is a space where I share tips, stories, and ideas to help you find balance with technology. I’m not saying you need to quit social media or live without the internet—because, let’s face it, that’s not realistic.
Instead, I want to explore what happens when we take a little time away from our screens and focus on the real world.
So if you’re curious about stepping away from screens a bit, or want to find more joy in your everyday life, you’re in the right place.
